Description

Penyrorsedd - pronounced 'Pen-ur-or-seth' is located in the rural hamlet of Star, close to the village of Gaerwen in a peaceful and picturesque location. It is a single storey, three bedroom cottage which has been transformed into a stunning contemporary holiday accommodation with lots of modern touches to make your stay extra comfortable.

Breath-taking views towards Snowdonia, an idyllic garden with swings and things for the littles, plus loads of space indoors and out to come together, or to find a peaceful spot when you want to grab an hour of solitude with a cup of tea and a good book.

It’s the perfect accommodation for a relaxing Anglesey holiday and an ideal base to explore the coastal towns along the Menai Straits.

Accommodation

Step through the entrance into a hallway that leads to all rooms in this single storey accommodation. Perfect for guests staying with toddlers or who have difficulty with stairs.

The spacious living room is bright and spacious with bay windows which perfectly frame the fabulous views to the garden and countryside beyond.

Furnished with a lovely deep modular sofa that you can really curl up into, perfect for popcorn and movie evenings. A wall-mounted TV is positioned above the cosy log burner.

There is a separate TV snug where kids can have their own ‘after dinner’ games and movie fun with doors leading out to a dining patio and beyond to the garden.

We love the spacious kitchen diner which blends retro and contemporary design. The huge central island is fitted with a hob with an extractor above and there are two combi microwaves, a separate oven, dishwasher, and a fridge freezer.

The six seater dining table is positioned next to the terrace doors, so you can open the space up for a lovely indoor outdoor dining experience.

There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, separate dryer, single washbasin and a guest toilet.

Sleeping Arrangements

King-size bedroom with access to the garden and en suite shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, floating washbasin, and toilet.

Double en suite bedroom with a free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, single washbasin and toilet.

There is a separate family bathroom with a sunny skylight. Equipped with a bath, walk-in rain shower, single washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.

Outdoors

Many of the rooms spill out to the terraces and idyllic garden, which encompasses three sides of the cottage and is bordered with shrubbery and flowers to lend the utmost privacy to your stay but which doesn’t interrupt the gorgeous countryside views.

There is a swing for little guests and an outdoor summer dining patio with seating for six.
