Bryn Lon is set in an elevated spot surrounded by fields, birdsong and wide-open skies, this modern barn conversion offers a great escape for families or friends who want to step away from the noise and settle into a slower rhythm. It sleeps six comfortably, with a layout that feels spacious yet simple, exactly what you need for a few days to switch-off.
The bedrooms sit on the ground floor: two doubles and a twin, perfect for long lie-ins or early nights after days spent exploring the island. The family bathroom is also on this level. Head upstairs and the barn opens into a bright living space where natural light pours in through skylights. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is a real hub and made for shared meals and evenings by the fire.
Step outside and the countryside wraps around you. The garden is generous and open, with plenty of room for children to roam freely while adults can settle into a sunny spot with a book or gather for dinner as the light fades. Mature trees offer soft shade, and the views roll out across farmland in every direction. It’s peaceful in a way that feels rare, a place where you can genuinely switch off and listen to the wind.
Right in the centre of Ynys Môn, Bryn Lon is perfectly placed for exploring the island, you’re under ten minutes from Holyhead Port and just five minutes from Trearddur Bay’s beaches and great food spots like The Stores, Sea Shanty, Oceans Edge and The White Eagle. It’s a super easy base for quick trips, family breaks or longer, slower stays on the island. If you’re travelling with a larger group, the neighbouring barn can be booked alongside it to accommodate up to ten guests in total.
Bryn Lon is one half of a stone barn conversion which has been brilliantly divided into two guest accommodations: Bryn Lon and Bryn Lon Bach, and which can be rented separately or as a whole. Bryn Lon sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms and up to 10 guests can stay at Bryn Lon Mawr (the two cottages together).

The Location
Caergeiliog combines Caer (castle/fort) and Ceiliog (cockerel), though the second element’s origin is unclear. This peaceful village is ideally located for exploring Anglesey’s beaches, RSPB Wetland Reserve, and Holyhead.
Just 10 minutes away, Holyhead offers shops, pubs, and ferries to Dublin in 2 hours 15 minutes. Nearby, Trearddur Bay (13 mins) boasts sandy beaches and South Stack Lighthouse, while Rhosneigr (15 mins) is perfect for kiting and windsurfing. With scenic trails, coastal beauty, and cultural sites close by, Caergeiliog is a tranquil yet well-connected retreat.
